VVD: politie moet leden Haagse Crips-bende opsporen en oppakken
De Haagse VVD gemeenteraadsfractie wil dat OM en politie -voorzover dit nog niet gebeurt- leden van de Haagse Crips-bende actief opspoort en vervolgt. Volgens de Volkskrant is in een documentaire te zien hoe mannen van deze bende èn kinderen met wapens poseren.

CRIPS, Strapped’n'Strong a documentary about the violent life of a Dutch gang in The Hague, The Crips. Formed to emulate their LA examples, they make a living using armed robbery and drug crime while seeking solace making rap music. The film shows their culture of violence, brotherhood and loyalty, but at the same time it reveals their desires and battle to beat the crime with rhythm…
Premiere on 27th March at the Filmfestival Breda, followed by a cinema release. End of this year the film will be broadcasted by Dutch broadcaster BNN.
